My Styles of Massages

Massage used to relieve pain, reduce stress, and work on specific problem areas. Utilizes trigger point, deep tissue, and myofascial release techniques.
Massage that is specifically designed for and tailored to pregnancy using special cushions, bolsters, and a side lying position.
A gentle hands-on manipulation of the bones in the head, the neck, and the bottom of the spine and the membranes and fluids that surround the central nervous system. It promotes a deep sense of well-being and restoration.
A full-body massage that combines physical pressure and dynamic assisted stretching influenced by Yoga. It is performed on a floor mat with the client in loose, comfortable clothing.
A Japanese form of bodywork that uses rhythmic pressure to release blocked energy, frees the body’s healing potential, and restores balance and harmony.
Swedish massage uses smooth, gliding strokes that are firm but gentle to promote relaxation. It is utilized to counteract the pressures of daily life that wear down the mind and the body over time. Hot stone add on available.
